Stuff you can see on Kaua’i

The island of O’ahu (where Honolulu is) has about 905,000 residents. The island of Kaua’i which is about the same size as O’ahu only has 64,000 residents. You can imagine how different the two islands are compared to each other. Known as the garden isle, Kaua’i is lush and green, and, as you will see in the coming days, has quite a bit of geographic diversity.

“Stuff,” Thomas? Does not sound like you today! What about “scenes”? Hope all is ok. Those are beautiful pictures. Someday I will visit Kauai.

Gorgeous!! You do such a good job of documenting your trips. I am horrible at that! Mainly because I get caught up with the planning piece and making sure we're where we need to be. Plus, the only camera I feel takes decent pics is my big gun Nikon and who wants to lug that thing around? I end up using my phone which is a poor replacement. And then the stuff that I upload to Facebook never seems to get uploaded anywhere else so I end up with gaps.

Denise: I chose “stuff” to convey that such beauty is commonplace on Kaua'i. Just another day in paradise as it were.

Ti: We actually do lug around our giant Canon. It can be a big pain in the but we like the result. I notice on these pictures though that our lens needs cleaning. I used my iPad to post som FB pictures while were away, but they don't look as good here.
